Muscat: The Sultanate plans to produce grapes in commercial quantities and the Ministry of Agricultural and Fisheries invites farmers wishing to implement the project to submit their applications.
An announcement online issued by the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries Wealth & Water Resources said ”The Ministry announces its desire to implement a project to establish commercial fields for grape trees with farmers in the various governorates as part of the project to develop grape cultivation and production in the Sultanate, funded by the Agricultural and Fisheries Development Fund.”
“Anyone wishing to implement the project and fits the requirement should submit their application to Agricultural Development Centers.” added the announcement.
