Muscat: The first episode of Eish Safari, a popular TV reality show that is filmed in Oman is now available at shahid.mbc.net.

The children show was filmed in Dhofar and was kick started on Sunday, the Ministry of Tourism (MoT) said.

The 12 children, along with the TV crew have arrived in Salalah on July to start the adventures and physical competitions in the southern governorate.

The 10th season is being broadcast on MBC 3 channel, according to Ahmed Al Marhoon, an official at the promotion department at the Ministry of Tourism.

Dozens of children of different Arab countries will compete in several challenges and visit various locations in Dhofar during the monsoon season. Winners will be granted free tickets and tours in Dhofar while the losing team will be punished by volunteering in different charitable activities in the area.

Eesh Safari was previously filmed in South Africa, Thailand, Australia, Malaysia, USA, Turkey, Abu Dhabi, Jordan, and Morocco before selecting Oman.

Inspired by the Australian show (Escape from Scorpion Island) the popular kids show is produced by the Middle East Broadcasting Center for the channel MBC 3.
