Expat arrested for bootlegging in Oman

Muscat: One person of Asian nationality has been arrested for possession and trading of alcoholic beverages illegally, Royal Oman Police reported on Sunday.
An official police source said, "Dakhiliyah police command arrested one suspect [Asian national] on charges of possessing and trading alcoholic beverages. A cache of liquor bottles were seized."
The official added that the suspect has been referred to the judicial authorities for further investigation and trial.
