Interior Minister arrives in Riyadh for bilateral talks

Muscat: Sayyid Hamoud bin Faisal Al Busaidi, Interior Minister arrived in Riyadh on Tuesday evening on an official visit to Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He was received by Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Nayef Al Saud, Interior Minister, Dr. Sayyid Ahmed bin Hilal Al Busaidi, Sultanate's Ambassador accredited to the Kingdom.
To promote fraternal relations and joint cooperation between the Sultanate and the sisterly Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), Sayyid Hamoud bin Faisal Al Busaidi, Minister of Interior left yesterday for Riyadh in response to an official invitation from Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Nayef Al Saud, KSA Minister of Interior, to attend the meeting of highest border authorities between the two countries.
The Interior Minister is accompanied by a delegation comprising Eng. Khalid bin Hilal Al Busaidi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior, Mohammed bin Yousef Al Zarafi, Undersecretary of the Foreign Ministry for Administrative and Financial Affairs, Maj-Gen Hamad bin Sulaiman Al Hatmi, Assistant Inspector General of Police and Customs for Operations, Abdullah bin Aqeel Al Ibrahim, Advisor at the Office of the Minister of State and Governor of Dhofar, Sheikh Saif bin Himyar Al Malik Al Shehi, Governor of A’Dhahirah, and a number of senior officials from the Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Legal Affairs and Royal Oman Police.
