Muscat: Khalsa United recorded a 65-run victory over QBG in a Khimji Ramdas-sponsored Junior Division Knockout match at the OAC Ground III during the afternoon session on Friday.
Batting first, Khalsa United managed to score 169 for the loss of six wickets in 20 overs. Aravind Singh top scored with 40. Shyam G. claimed three wickets for QBG.
In reply, QBG scored 104 for nine in 20 overs. Amandeep Singh top scored with 51. Mohammed Yasar claimed three wickets for Khalsa United.

In a Khimji Ramdas-sponsored Intermediate Division Knockout match, Sayarti recorded a five-wicket win over MARH at the Municipality Ground I.
Batting first, MARH scored 154 for nine in 20 overs. Sarmad Ali top scored with 51. Imitiaz Ahmed was the best Sayarti bowler with three wickets. In reply, Sayarti scored 158 for five in 15.4 overs to progress. Sunil Kumar and Ruwan Rupasinge top scored with an unbeaten 66 and 32 respectively.
Brief scores: MARH 154/9 in 20 overs (Sarmad Ali 51; Imtiaz Ahmed 3/30) lost to Sayarti 158/5 in 15.4 overs (Sunil Kumar 66 n.o).
In another Intermediate Division Knockout match, Abu Maather defeated Future Oilfield by four wickets at the Municipality Ground IV.
Batting first, Future Oilfield were bowled out for 121 in 19.2 overs with Shabir Ahmed top scoring with an unbeaten 33. Mohammed Rafi claimed four wickets for Abu Maather. In return, Abu Maather scored 122 for six in 17.3 overs. Qamar Nazir top scored with 45.

Batting first, Carillion Alawi scored 165 for eight in 20 overs. Hussain top scored with 35. Tauseef Hassan claimed three scalps for Attic Outdoors. In reply, Attic Outdoors scored 169 for seven in 19.4 overs with Gufran Anjum top scoring with 45. Hariday Ram claimed three wickets for Carillion.
