Dubai: Sheikh Khalid bin Omar Al Marhoon, Minister of Civil Service met with Juri Ratas, Prime Minister of the Republic of Estonia on the sidelines of the seventh session of the World Government Summit, hosted by the United Arab Emirates.



The Estonian Prime Minister expressed his utmost appreciation for the Sultanate’s regional and international position, as well as the wise policy and approach of His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said.

He also expressed his satisfaction with the bilateral relations between the two friendly countries in various fields, especially in the areas of trade and economy, stressing his country’s keenness to strengthen these relations with the Sultanate and pushing them towards expanded horizons.

On his turn, the Civil Service Minister praised the progress achieved by the friendly Republic of Estonia in various fields, especially in the areas related to technology.


The meeting was attended by Dr. Hamad bin Hammad Al Ghafri, Advisor to the Ministry of Civil Service, Sayyid Zaki bin Hilal Al Busaidi, Executive Director of the Institute of Public Administration, and Moosa bin Al Saqr Al Kharousi, Assistant Head of Minister’s Office.
