Differently abled employees win customers’ trust

Three years ago, Yahya Al Nabhani decided to open a hypermarket unlike any other one in the Sultanate—all the cashiers here are people with special needs.
The project is funded by Al-Rafid Fund and was established in 2015.
Al Thiqah, which is the Arabic word for trust, is located in wilayat Seeb in Al Jaffnine area.
Al Nabhani, a former government employee, started this initiative to help people with special needs earn a steady source of income.
