Magnitude 5.4 earthquake recorded 100 km from Oman

Muscat: An earthquake of magnitude 5.4 on the Richter scale was recorded in Southern Iran today (Sunday).
It took place at 2:56 PM Sultanate time, 100 km from Khasab according to Sultan Qaboos University's Earthquake Monitoring Centre.
"An earthquake measuring 5.4 on the Richter scale in southern Iran at 2:56 PM Sultanate time, 100 km from Khasab," the Centre wrote on their official twitter handle.
