Philippine Embassy Team successfully defend ACM bowling tourney title

Muscat: The Philippine Embassy team successfully defended its title as champions at the ASEAN Committee in Muscat (ACM) bowling tournament.

The Philippine Embassy team was declared the champion at the 2019 ACM bowling tourney held at the Oman Bowling Center in Muscat on 3 August, after getting the highest cumulative score.

The Philippine Embassy in Muscat team also bagged top individual honours, with Macabangen Upam and Sheila S. Arevalo being rewarded for highest score for the male and female categories, respectively.

The annual ASEAN Bowling Tournament is organised by the ACM to promote camaraderie and team spirit between and among the ASEAN-member missions in Oman.

Embassies of Brunei Darussalam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand and the Consulate General of Singapore are also members of the ACM.
