Car accident blocks weekend traffic

Muscat: An accident that occurred at Al Jifnain, involving three vehicles, has led to heavy traffic on the Nizwa-Muscat road.
A statement by ROP read: "Currently for users of the Nizwa- Muscat road: There has been a car accident involving three vehicles on the road at Al Jifnain with heavy traffic presently occurring, please exercise caution and take care."
Al Jifnain is an area near Al Rusail, a part of Muscat.
Citizens in Oman use the Nizwa-Muscat road to commute to the capital after weekends.
