Pakistan Friendship Committee delegation to visit Oman on Sunday

Muscat: Members of the Oman - Pakistan friendship committee from the Pakistani Senate will arrive in the Sultanate on Sunday, March 17, on a five-day official visit to reinforce mutual ties between Oman and Pakistan.

The delegation, representing the Pakistani side of the Oman-Pakistan Friendship committee, will be led by Senator Mir Kabeer Ahmed Muhammad Shahi.

The official visit is in response to an invitation extended by the Omani State Council and it aims to reinforce mutual ties, promote parliamentary diplomacy and explore new avenues for economic cooperation between the two countries.

Part of the visit will include high-level discussions with between officials of the two nations and the delegation’s visit to several prominent landmarks of the Sultanate.
