Residents help put out fire in Oman

Muscat: A number of residents have helped fire fighters extinguish a fire in Rustaq, the Public Authority for Civil Defence and Ambulance (PACDA) announced.

According to authorities, a group of palm trees caught fire.

In a statement online, PACDA said “a firefighting team managed to control the fire with the cooperation of a number of citizens, without any injuries being recorded.”
