Oman among top three Arab countries on global property rights index

Washington: The Sultanate was ranked third at the Arab level in the World Property Rights Index 2018, issued by the US Property Rights Alliance.
With 6.332 points, the Sultanate was ranked 38th at the world level. It was ranked 39th at world level in 2017. Oman also secured 6,124 points in the political and legal environment index, 7,578 points in the Material Property Protection Index and 5,949 points in intellectual property protection index.
