His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said receives greetings for Blessed Renaissance Day

Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said has received cables of greetings from State Council Chairman Dr. Yahya bin Mahfoudh Al Mantheri, Majlis Al Shura Chairman Khalid bin Hilal Al Ma'awali, Minister Responsible for Defence Affairs Sayyid Badr bin Saud Al Busaidi and Inspector General of Police and Customs Lt. Gen Hassan bin Mohsin Al Shraiqi on the occasion of the Blessed Renaissance Day, glorious July 23rd anniversary.

In his cable, Dr. Al Mantheri said: "I am honoured, on behalf of myself and on behalf of the honourable members of the State Council and its employees, to extend to Your Majesty the sincerest greetings and best wishes on the 45th anniversary of the Blessed Renaissance Day, praying to Allah the Almighty for the return of this and similar occasions while Your Majesty enjoys good health, happiness and a long life and our beloved country, under your wise leadership, enjoys glory, growth and prosperity".

The Chairman of the State Council added: "Oman has been since ancient times and still a beacon of goodness and harmony, and a place for security and peace, and the Omanis have been the pulse of this harmony, the harmony on which they founded their majestic civilization, and put the strong foundation of their state, and from which they drove off to all corners of the earth, as messengers of love and peace".

The cable added: "Your Majesty come to fulfill the march of this generous and history-rooted country to begin, with the guidance and help of Allah the Almighty, a new era that is more developed and more prosperous".



In his cable, Al Ma'awali said "On the Blessed Renaissance Day, I am honoured, on behalf of myself and on behalf of the members of the Majlis Al Shura and its employees, to extend to Your Majesty the sincerest greetings on this glorious occasion, as they stand united behind your wise leadership, with hearts overwhelmed with love, loyalty, giving and willingness to sacrifice to work and sacrifice for the homeland and the Sultan. Your Majesty has taken the country over to the oasis of safety, security and stability, established the pillars of the modern state, achieved a comprehensive renaissance according to a leading model of sustainable development, caring for all citizens and safeguarding their rights and ensuring to them the values of Shura, justice, equality, equal opportunities, and promoting the national unity, social peace and safety of the nation".

In his cable, Sayyid Badr said: “Oman is celebrating today the 45th anniversary of the Renaissance Day while it enjoys a solid comprehensive development; thanks to Your Majesty's civilized and humanitarian vision".



"Oman, which has become an oasis for peace and cultural coexistence, is also a symbol of modernity and authenticity. Oman is also making rapid steps towards a bright future that is full of achievements made according to balanced plans and strategies," he added.

In his cable, Lt.Gen Al Shraiqi and on behalf of the Royal Oman Police personnel extended sincere greetings on the Blessed Renaissance Day, praying to Allah the Almighty to grant His Majesty a good health and happiness, Oman and its people continuous growth and prosperity.

The Inspector General of Police and Customs also said: “Your Majesty the Sultan, the 23rd of July has marked a new chapter in the history of this dear country as Your Majesty has been selected by Allah to bring mercy and prosperity to Oman and its people. The Omanis are fully aware of the great efforts exerted by Your Majesty to build this nation, therefore they believed in Your Majesty's noble principles and joined hands to achieve this impressive renaissance and unique human experience.

"Expressing their loyalty to Your Majesty, the leaders thanked Allah the Almighty for His bounties, praying to Him to protect Your Majesty, and grant you success, bestow the blessings of security and prosperity on Oman during Your Majesty's prosperous era."
