First batch of physically challenged Omanis graduate from PDO's job-training programme

Muscat: The first batch of physically challenged Omanis have successfully graduated from a PDO-sponsored employability skills programme, according to the Petroleum Development of Oman (PDO).
The graduates have now been offered jobs as cashiers at Carrefour hypermarket’s branches in Muscat Grand Mall, Qurum and Al Seeb city centre and in Nizwa and Barkha.
A total of 25 students were part of the training scheme which aims to help physically challenged citizens to enter the job market.
