Oman meteorology department issues statement on Cyclone Gaja

Muscat: The trajectory of cyclone Gaja will not cross Oman, according to the Meteorology Department at the Public Authority for Civil Aviation (PACA).
PACA published a predicted path of the cyclone in a statement on Twitter, which detailed the most likely direction of the storm. Oman is not within the storm's path and is not expected to be affected by it.

In its statement, PACA said, "Possible trajectories of the tropical storm Gaja according to numerical prediction models shows it is likely to move towards the West and could weaken in the coming hours."
According to experts, the cyclone is likely to move towards Somalia in Africa.
