44 illegal expat workers arrested in Oman

A total of 44 illegal expat workers were arrested in different parts of Muscat, the Ministry of Manpower revealed.

The inspection team that made the arrests said that 30 of the detained workers were women.

Legal action will be taken against the accused as they were found violating provisions of the Labour Law.
