NEW DELHI: Oman Hockey Association (OHA) concluded its participation in the 46th International Hockey Congress (Fédération Internationale de Hockey (FIH), held in New Delhi, India, with the participation of 112 countries.
FIH Congress included meetings of committees and preparatory sessions, general assembly meetings, meeting of each continental federation general assembly, announcements and honouring of FIH awards.
The Congress General Assembly held a comprehensive meeting on the mid-term elections of the members of FIH executive board.
OHA delegation also met with Arab, continental and international federations in side sessions on the sidelines of the Congress to discuss various aspects of the development of hockey, to achieve more support, overcome difficulties and open areas of cooperation between them.
