​Oman accident: Truck overturns on Muscat highway

Muscat: A cement mixing truck overturned in an accident on the outskirts of the city on Monday, the Royal Oman Police (ROP) said in an online statement.

Sharing photos of the mishap on Twitter on Monday afternoon, the ROP used a large crane to remove the truck from the road that it was obstructing.

The accident occurred in Jaffnin, on the outskirts of Muscat, at the bridge leading to Misfah in Wilayat Baushar.
