Bank Muscat’s e-channels offered convenient banking options during Eid holidays

Muscat: Large numbers of Bank Muscat customers took advantage of the convenience provided by its electronic and digital banking channels during the recent Eid holiday period.
In line with its customer-centric strategy, the bank always takes all measures to ensure that its e-channels are available 24/7 to customers, offering great convenience along with security. In the recent past, Bank Muscat has witnessed a remarkable increase in e-channels usage, confirming improved customer awareness about the convenience and security of the bank’s e-channels. Customers were able to transact quickly, securely and 24/7 via mobile banking, Internet banking, contact centre and the bank’s large ATM and CDM network across the country.
Bank Muscat is particularly keen to encourage all customers to use electronic and digital banking channels to meet their financial requirements and needs. The bank’s electronic channels provide highly secure and convenient banking services such as transferring funds, payment of bills and the display of transactional data. Bank Muscat has also debuted contactless “Just Tap” payment options for shopping and payments through its various debit, credit and prepaid cards as well as contactless wearables.
