Three judicial rulings against labour recruitment office.

Sohar Court of First Instance has issued three judicial rulings against a labour recruitment office.

It was found to be violating the Consumer Protection Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 66/2014.

"The details of the cases are due to the General Directorate of Consumer Protection in North Al Batinah.” - PACP

The court ruled to permanently shut down the facility and imposed a fine of OMR 1180.
