California Prepares for Gradual Lifting of COVID Restrictions

The state of California is allowing some businesses to reopen, slowly and in phases. People are learning how to adjust to the new reality, considering at least 70,000 people have tested positive for COVID-19 and 3,000 people have died in the state.
