Two new bank accounts opened for Oman’s COVID-19 fund

Muscat: Locals and expats who wish to contribute to the official welfare fund set up to buy medical equipment to stop the spread of COVID-19 can now contribute to it through two new bank accounts.

One of the new accounts has been set up with Sohar International, with people wishing to contribute to this fund able to do so through bank account number 005020063531.

Similarly, those who wish to donate through Ahli Bank can wire their contributions to account number 9700078888001.

Four bank accounts had been previously set up, and people can contribute through these as well. These include Bank Muscat (0423057947840019) and the National Bank of Oman (10840319012001).

Accounts have also been opened with Oman Arab Bank (3160500500500) and BankDhofar (01041388677001).
