Diam offers installments for pending water bill payments in Oman

Muscat: The Public Authority for Water, Diam, has announced that it would provide facilities to subscribers to pay their accumulated bill amounts in installments and avoid cutting of water supply.

Diam said in a statement: "The subscriber can initiate a call to 1442 upon receiving the notification of the cutoff, and agree to settle the arrears and schedule their payments."

"The amount applicable for resuming service will be reduced from 75 per cent of the total dues to 20 per cent and the installment payment period will be extended up to 12 months," the authority added.
