Five missing fishermen found in Oman

Muscat: The five Omani fishermen who were missing since Saturday have been found in good health, the Ministry of Defence said on Monday.

According to a statement issued by the Ministry said the Royal Air Force of Oman found them in South Al Batinah in Eastern Barka.

“One of the helicopters of the Royal Omani Air Force was able to find the boat of the five missing citizens at sea in eastern Barka and they were in good health.”

The five fishermen went missing when they were out fishing on Saturday March 28, 2020.
