Two arrested in Oman for stealing OMR 20,000

Muscat: OMR 20,000 was stolen by two Africans from the victim’s vehicle in Al Khoud, Seeb Wilayat.
A senior ROP official said, “The Department of Inquiries and Investigations at Al Khoud Police Station were able to arrest two Africans who are charged for vandalism and stealing OMR 20,000 from the victims car.”
“The victim was withdrawing money from an ATM machine while the suspects were closely monitoring him. They took advantage of the situation when the victim went for prayers. They broke driver side window and stole the money,” he added.
Police found them and arrested them in Al Khuwair.
