Four rescued by Oman Royal Navy after boat’s engine crashes at sea

Muscat: The Royal Navy rescued an Omani fishing boat with four citizens on board. The boat was found about 30 nautical miles northeast of the port of Shinas, accordion to Oman News Agency (ONA)

In a statement from ONA said, “The Royal Navy of Oman managed to rescue an Omani fishing boat with four citizens on board after receiving a report stating the engine of the boat crashes at the sea near wilayat Shinas, which is in turn coordinated with Maritime Security Center for Search and Rescue Operation.”

“The boat was found about 30 nautical miles northeast of the port of Shinas and towed by a Ship of the Oman Royal Navy, from the sea to the port,” the statement added.
