Muscat: The Public Authority for Civil Defence and Ambulance (PACDA), represented by the firefighting teams managed to control a fire in Dhofar governorate.
A statement issued online by PACDA said: “ The firefighting teams of the Civil Defense and Ambulance Administration in Dhofar governorate were able to put out a fire in a number of animal farm in the northern region of Awqad in Salalah.”
“It took the team nearly seven continuous hours to stop the fire due to strong winds. No injuries were reported,”the statement added.
