Omani citizen airlifted in a medical emergency

Muscat: The Royal Air Force of Oman airlifted an Omani citizen on Tuesday evening by a helicopter following critical health issues. He was taken to Khasab Hospital in Musandam governorate for further treatment.

According to Ministry of Defence, “A helicopter of the Royal Air Force of Oman carried out a medical evacuation yesterday for a citizen suffering from critical health problems. He was transferred from the Kamzar Health Centre to Khasab Hospital in Musandam governorate to receive the necessary treatment.”

“This comes within the framework of the humanitarian services and efforts provided by the Sultan's Armed Forces and the departments of the Ministry of Defence to citizens and residents.”
