Rain in Oman next week

The Public Authority for Civil Aviation has informed that a low-pressure trough is likely to affect the weather over the Sultanate on Tuesday.

Speaking to Times of Oman, an official from PACA said that in the coming days, weather in the Sultanate will be stable and chances of rain are likely by the end of next week.

“On Tuesday, January 21, a low-pressure trough will impact on most parts of the Sultanate including governorates of Musandam, North Al Batinah, South Al Batinah, Muscat, South Al Sharqiyah and the coasts of Oman Sea.” - Public Authority for Civil Aviation

He added that the low pressure will start on Tuesday with heavy to moderate rains, hails, strong wind and high sea waves.
