Pakistan Foreign Minister visits Oman to convey condolences

Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tariq received His Excellency Shah Mahmood Qureshi, Foreign Minister of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, today at Al Alam Palace.

Qureshi conveyed condolences on behalf of Dr Arif Alvi, President of Pakistan on the passing of His Majesty the late Sultan Qaboos bin Said to HM Sultan Haitham bin Tariq, to the Royal family, and to the people of Oman.

His Majesty the Sultan expressed his appreciation and thanked the President of Pakistan for his sincere condolences and sympathy, according to the Oman News Agency (ONA).
