Arabian gazelle released into the wild after treatment in Oman

Muscat: An Arabian gazelle has been released back into its natural habitat, after it was brought in by the Ministry of Environment and Climate Affairs to receiving veterinary care, authorities said on Thursday.
The ministry said that it had captured the gazelle after a citizen reported an injured gazelle in the area of Al Waqbah, in Yanqul, Dhahirah.
In an online statement, the ministry said, "After receiving the necessary veterinary care and treatment, the Department of Environment and Climatic Affairs in the governorate of Dhahirah, an Arabian gazelle was returned to its natural habitat in the mountains of the Al Waqbah area in the wilayat of Yanqul. The department had received a report from a citizen about a gazelle that needed veterinary treatment."
