Muscat: The clouds continue to flow and move towards the northern governorates of the Sultanate with isolated rains in the Governorate of Muscat and the coasts of South Al Batinah Governorate, Oman’s Public Authority of Civil Aviation said on Wednesday.

“Musandam governorate have witnessed, since the early hours of the dawn, heavy to medium rains, which affected valleys and reefs in most of wilayats of Musandam Governorate.“

The Ministry of Regional Municipalities and Water Resources have published a rainfall report for the wilayats of Musandam Governorate since yesterday to today Wednesday at 8 am on December 11, 2019.

“The highest amount of rainfall was recorded by Khassab station which reached 43 mm. Then Bukha station reached 41 mm and the lowest amount of rainfall is Madha station with 6 mm,” PACA said.

“The Governorates of Musandam and Al Buraimi are experiencing moderate to heavy rains so PACDA calls on everyone to pay attention and take caution and not risk crossing the valleys and the resulting water gatherings,” PACA added.
