Omani student killed in London

MUSCAT: An Omani student was killed in a stabbing attack that took place in London, the Sultanate’s embassy in UK has informed.

In a statement issued on Friday, the embassy said: “An unfortunate attack took place in London that claimed the life of Omani student Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Araimi. With great sadness and sorrow, the Embassy in London extends its deepest condolences to the family of the deceased.”

“We are closely following the circumstances that led to the attack with the relevant authorities in London.” the statement added.
