Muscat: Muscat Municipality announced the closure of the Al Amerat and Al Naseem parks for construction work and maintenance of facilities for visitors. The parks will be closed from Thursday December 5, 2019.
A statement issued by Muscat Municipality said: “Muscat Municipality, represented by the main organising committee of Muscat Festival 2020, has announced that it will close Al Amerat and Al Naseem parks starting from December 5, 2019 to carry out construction works and maintenance of park facilities.”
“The municipality explained that this closure comes within the framework of the ongoing preparations for the launch of Muscat Festival 2020,” Muscat Municipality added.
Muscat Municipality called on all to cooperate for the common good.
