Latest: Tropic depression deepens in Arabian Sea
Muscat: The latest weather analysis shows the formation of a new tropical depression in the Southwest Arabian Sea with wind speeds around the center around 17-27 knots.
According to Oman Meteorology, the depression is approximately 700 km from Somalia coast and there will be no direct impact on the Sultanate. However, it will further intensify as a deep depression within the next 24 hours.
