Indian expat from Oman wins top prize at international pageant

Muscat: Vinodhini Krishnamoorthy, an Indian expat based in Oman, was crowned the prestigious Mrs. India Worldwide International 2018, held in Greece recently. She also bagged the Mrs. Travelite 2018 title.
Vinodhini, who lives in Muscat, was shortlisted among 3,000 applicants globally, being placed in the top 50.
Vinodhini said, "My real journey began with the semi-finals in Greece which was a life changing experience with lot of challenges. Those 6 months were a strong pillar to my transformation both personally and professionally."
Born in southern India, the professional Zumba instructor began modeling at the age of 16, with Vinodhini having walked the ramp more than 70 times, internationally. She has also walked for the Kingfisher Fashion Week and for premium designers such as Manish Malhotra and Rocky S.
