Chances of isolated rain in Oman

Muscat: There is a chance of isolated rain and occasionally thundershower on Al Wusta and Dhofar governorates, Public Authority of Civil Aviation PACA announced Thursday.

PACA said in a statement online : “The aerial pictures shows cumulus clouds have been reported in parts of Al Dakhiliyah, Al Dhahirah, South Al Batinah and Dhofar governorates.”

PACA said in a statement online that: “clear to partly cloudy skies over the Governorates of Al Wusta and Dhofar with chances of isolated rain occasionally thundershower. Mainly clear skies over rest of the Governorates with chance of clouds development may give isolated rain over Al Hajar Mountains towards afternoon.”

“Winds over most of the Sultanate will be easterly to northeasterly light to moderate and southeasterly along Arabian Sea coast and Al Wusta Governorate light to moderate.” PACA added
