Rescue efforts underway to save six workers

Efforts are underway to rescue six workers who drowned in a water catchment in Seeb in Muscat Governorate on Sunday

"The efforts are continuing, where large pumps are used to extract water from the site to reach those stuck inside the concrete pipe.” - Public Authority of Civil Defence and Ambulance

On Sunday, PACDA said that it had received a report of six workers who drowned in a water pool.

The incident happened in one of the sites of water extension projects at the airport heights in the wilayat of Seeb.
