PACDA rescues Omani citizen stuck on mountain

Muscat: A fatigued Omani citizen who was unable to get off the top of Berkat Al-Mouz Mountain was rescued by the Public Authority of Civil Defence and Ambulance (PACDA).

In a statement, PACDA said: "Rescue teams from the Department of Civil Defense and Ambulance in Al-Dakhiliyah Governorate were able to reach a person who was fatigued and unable to descend from the highest mountain in Berkat Al-Mouz area in Nizwa.

“The patient was provided medical care and assisted so that he could reach his family in good health,” the statement added.
