After several days of rain, Oman to witness mostly clear skies

Muscat: The skies will be clear over most parts of the Sultanate with the chance of isolated rain over the Al Hajar mountains in the afternoon.

The Public Authority for Civil Aviation (PACA) said in its forecast: "The weather is generally clear in most of the Sultanate's provinces with the possibility of cumulative clouds and isolated rainfall on the Hajar Mountains during the afternoon. Low clouds or intermittent fog may form during the late night and early morning on the coastal parts of the Arabian Sea."

Temperatures in Muscat Governorate will reach 28 degrees Celsius while Salalah will see temperatures of up to 26 degrees. The highest temperature expected today is 37 degrees in the wilayats of Buraimi, Al Mudhaibi and Fahud and the lowest temperature is expected to be 9 degrees at Jabal Shams.
