Fog over parts of Oman coastline forecast

Muscat: Aerial photographs, released by the Public Authority for Civil Aviation (PACA) show the spread of low clouds and fog on the coast overlooking the Arabian Sea and parts of the coastline of the Sea of Oman.

A statement by PACA said; “High and medium clouds are also flowing towardd the deserts of Buraimi, Dhahirah and Al Wusta governorates.

The PACA weather forecast read, “Partly cloudy skies along coastal area of Dhofar Governorate adjoining mountains with chances of isolated rain. Mainly clear skies over rest of the Sultanate with medium and high cloud advection. Chances of late night to early morning low level clouds or fog patches forming along parts of the coastal areas of Oman Sea and Arabian Sea.”
