His Majesty sends cable of congratulations to Chilean President

Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said has sent a cable of congratulations to President Dr. Sebastian Pinera of the Republic of Chile on the occasion of his country's Independence Anniversary.
In his cable, His Majesty expressed his sincere congratulations along with his best wishes to President Pinera and the friendly Chilean people.
