Ravi Shastri to continue as India head coach

NEW DELHI: The three-member Cricket Advisory Committee (CAC) comprising of former India captain Kapil Dev, Anshuman Gaekwad and Shantha Rangaswamy on Friday re-appointed Ravi Shastri as the head coach of the Indian team for the next two years. The three members marked each individual separately. While Shastri got the job, Mike Hesson came second and Tom Moody came third.

Ravi Shastri, who is currently with the Indian team in the West Indies, gave his interview via video calling platform, Skype. Robin Singh, Lalchand Rajput and Mike Hesson attended the interview in person at the BCCI headquarters while Tom Moody also gave a Skype interview from Australia.
