Packed with fruits and vegetables, smoothies are considered to be the healthiest food for breakfast. Whether you are heading for work or at home, sipping a glass of smoothie is an easy way to nourish your body with all the essential nutrients.

Kiwi strawberry smoothie

Ingredients

• 4 strawberries chopped



• 1 kiwi chopped

• Half glass of strawberry laban, readymade



Preparation

Take all the above ingredients

and blend.



Peanut butter banana oatmeal smoothie

Ingredients


• 1tbsp peanut butter

• 1/2 glass milk

• 1 banana cut into piece

• 2 tbsp oatmeal cooked

Preparation

Take all the above ingredients and blend.



Dark chocolate smoothie


Ingredients

• 4 to 5 chunks of dark chocolate

• 1/2 glass milk

• 1tbsp cocoa powder

• 2 tsp sugar

Preparation

• Blend all of the above ingredients.
