Royal Oman Police arrests three for theft of gold

Muscat: Three people have been arrested in Al Batinah on charges of gold theft, the Royal Oman Police said.

A statement by the ROP read: “Police Command in the Governorate of North Al Batinah has arrested three people accused of stealing gold ornaments and cash from the house of a citizen."

“Legal proceedings are currently underway against the accused,” the statement added.
