Oman cooler in 2018 compared to 2017

The average temperature in Oman in 2018 was 27.4 degrees, which was 3.5 per cent less than a year before.
This was according to the National Statistics and Information Center.
They revealed that the Al Batinah Governorate had the highest and lowest recorded average temperature in the Sultanate of 38.4 and 15.1 degrees.
It was followed by the Buraimi Governorate, where the highest average temperature at 38 degrees, and the lowest average temperature was 18 degrees.
Dhofar Governorate received the highest amount of rainfall in 2018, whereas the lowest average rainfall was recorded in the Al Buraimi Governorate.
