Omani and Italian joint military exercise begins

Rome: The Omani-Italian Joint Exercise (Jebel Shams 2) began in the friendly Italian Republic on Monday.
Elements of Musandam Security Force at Musandam Sector of the Royal Army of Oman (RAO) took part in the exercise with the participation of Italian land forces.
A briefing was given on preparatory stages of the drill, as well as its practical stages to achieve the prospective goals of both sides.
The exercise continues till 28 June 2019.
