New regulation for driving license applications in Oman

Muscat: The Royal Oman Police has announced a change to driving license procedures.

According to a statement issued by the ROP official Twitter account, "as of next October, the eye examination required to obtain and renew driving licenses will be able to be taken at licensed opticians across all governorates of the Sultanate."
