Two men who were arrested for crossdressing have been sentenced to four years in jail by a court in Salalah.
They were also fined OMR3,000, the Public Prosecution revealed.
According to authorities, the case involved four men, two of whom dressed in women's clothing before posting it to the social media application Snapchat.
As a result, the men were fined and handed prison sentences and community service.
